Q: What if I don't finish all of the training I have on my To-Do List in our current system?

- On October 26, you will be able to see any training that you completed from January 1, 2016 - August 20, 2016

Q: Will I need training to be able to use the new system?
A: Although the new system is easy to use and navigate, it is different than our current system. To provide you with just-in-time help, we will have short (less than 1-2 minute) videos available for the most used functions. These will be located on the home page when you sign on to the new system.
Q: Once we are live, who can I call if I need help?
A: In order to be able to track all questions and responses, please contact the Technology Assistance Center at 859-7777.
Please note that additional information regarding the performance review process will be communicated in the near future.
