Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long do I have to finish any outstanding items on my To-Do List in our current system?
A: You will have access to the current system through October 20.

Q: What if I don't finish all of the training I have on my To-Do List in our current system?
A: Any training that you have not completed will not move over to the new system. This includes training that has a status of "Available" or "In Progress." You must complete all assigned education prior to October 20.

Q: If I enrolled in an instructor-led training session in our current system, will I need to re-enroll in the new system?
A: Any instructor-led class enrollments will be moved over to the new system. You will not need to re-enroll.

Q: What about all of the training I have previously completed? Will it be in the new system?
A: Your training completions will be brought over to the new system in phases:

Q: Will I need training to be able to use the new system?
A: Although the new system is easy to use and navigate, it is different than our current system. To provide you with just-in-time help, we will have short (less than 1-2 minute) videos available for the most used functions. These will be located on the home page when you sign on to the new system.
